We met Pascal and Jamil for the first time the day before their wedding at Villa Corsini Mezzomonte, on the Chianti hills surrounding Florence, near Impruneta in Tuscany. The gorgeous and historic Villa was the chosen venue for their autumnal wedding in October.

Before the wedding…

We had the chance to break the ice and explore the villa together. We chose the angles and their favorite rooms for the whole photo shoot: from the early preparations to the ceremony and the party.
Visiting the villa together was really helpful. It helped us get to know each other, organize our work and understand the style and type of wedding photography they had in mind and, in particular, their “first look” and a few other shots with the groomsmen and the bridesmaids in the beautiful Italian garden, all before the ceremony.

The wedding day…

The next day at villa Corsini, Tommaso and I spent some time respectively with the groom and the bride during the early preparations. The best man and the maid of honor were there too, which helped Pascal and Jamil get ready and relax: they all looked so natural as they were chatting away. They never even noticed the cameras.
The four groom’s men and a child, all together struggled a little with the “infamous” bow tie and it was something that made the groom’s preparation more fun and gave us the opportunity to take a few original and cheerful shots.
The day continued with the wonderful outdoor ceremony in autumnal colors, under the shade of century-old trees and the shots of the newlyweds, as well as the aperitif still outdoor in the upper Italian garden and the dinner with all the friends and family in the wonderful frescoed hall. Everything looked and felt very relaxed and natural. Pascal and Jamil had a beautiful wedding at Villa Corsini. They had a lot of fun and seemed at ease all the time. We still remember the wild dance moves and the atmosphere of the whole night.
