Engagement and Photoshoots in Florence

ENGAGEMENT

A couple of hours in Florence at golden hour, before the wedding or just for you.

Behind the camera there are two of us, Silvia and Tommaso, wedding photographers based in Florence. An engagement session lasts about two hours in the city, along an itinerary or in a location we choose together.

It is a lovely way to get to know each other before the wedding, feel more relaxed in front of the camera and arrive at your wedding day completely at ease.

Photoshoots are not only for summer: we photographed a winter engagement around the glass and iron of a Liberty style greenhouse.

Florence as the backdrop of your story.

WHY AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Once your date is booked, a pre wedding photoshoot in Florence is a wonderful way to get to know us, feel more relaxed in front of the camera and arrive at your wedding day feeling completely at ease.

Some couples come to Florence a year before the wedding; others a few days before, like the couple who walked with us through the city in traditional outfits before their Indian wedding.

A WALK THROUGH THE CITY

We walk together through Florence: from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi along the Arno, up to Piazzale Michelangelo with the whole city below.

Or around Porta San Niccolò and the fountains of the Rampe del Poggi, as in a pre wedding shoot on the day of the welcome party.

IN EVERY SEASON

One couple chose a winter day for their first photoshoot with us, in the Giardino dell’Orticoltura, around the Tepidarium del Roster greenhouse.

A few months later we photographed their wedding at Villa di Lilliano: knowing each other already made that day even more special.

The Tepidarium del Roster, a Liberty style greenhouse, and the view from the Orti del Parnasso. We came here for a winter engagement.

Piazzas and lanes

Quiet lanes, churches and piazzas in the historic centre, like the ones we walked days before an Indian wedding.

Before your photoshoot

About two hours in Florence, along an itinerary or in a location we choose together.

Yes. It is also a lovely way to get to know each other before the wedding.

Absolutely! We always recommend starting with a video call, even before you’ve made your final decision. Once your date is booked, we love meeting in person whenever possible, or we can simply enjoy an aperitivo together in Florence.

We’re used to adapting to different situations: an umbrella and a few romantic portraits in the rain can be beautiful too.
