From Palazzo Vecchio to the streets of Florence

There are days that feel like quiet chapters of a larger story, and Camilla and Stefano’s wedding was exactly one of them. They asked us to photograph their civil ceremony in Florence, followed by a short walk through the city for their portraits. We are always inspired by couples who choose simplicity and meaning over everything else.

The ceremony in the Sala Rossa

The ceremony took place in the Sala Rossa of Palazzo Vecchio, one of the most iconic places in Florence. Surrounded only by their parents and witnesses, Camilla and Stefano exchanged their vows in an atmosphere that was quiet, emotional and incredibly sincere. It was not about grandeur but about presence: sharing a moment that truly belonged to them and their closest family.

A walk through Florence

After the ceremony we stepped out into the streets of Florence for a short portrait session. The city became the perfect backdrop: timeless architecture, soft light and the effortless beauty of everyday life going on around them. These photos hold that balance between intimacy and place, natural moments captured while walking through the city they love.

Camilla is from Florence and Stefano comes from Genoa. Their celebration was small on purpose, a meaningful pause before a larger gathering near his hometown. The whole service lasted about three hours, and in that short time we could tell a complete story, quiet, emotional and authentic. Simple in form, but rich in feeling.
